What happens in 30 days
Week 1
Pick the workflow. Wire up the SDK.
We sit with your team, pick one agent workflow, and integrate Horkos in your code (three lines, decorator or context manager). By the end of the week every action that workflow takes is reaching the gateway and landing in the audit trail.
Week 2
Co-design 5–10 policies.
We turn the things you do not want this agent to do — and the things that need a human in the loop — into explicit policies. Block patterns, risk thresholds, approval routes. Written down, versioned, enforced.
Week 3
Run it. Tune it.
The agent runs under governance against real traffic. We watch what gets blocked, what gets approved, what slips through. Policies get tightened or loosened with you. Audit trail accumulates evidence.
Week 4
Generate the report. Hand it over.
We produce a compliance report against the framework that matters to you (EU AI Act, DORA, or SOC 2) for that workflow. You walk into your next review meeting with auditable evidence instead of slides.
